Description

This original set of 24 progressive solos calls for an array of common percussion instruments: Snare Drum, Xylophone or Marimba, drum set, temple blocks (2), cowbell, Bongos, low and high toms, bass drum, Tambourine, tenor drum, maracas, claves, Triangle, Timpani (2), finger cymbal, and low and high suspended cymbals. In his introduction Brown offers excellent advice about a variety of performance considerations that apply specifically to multiple percussion soloists.
