Les Sabina

Les Sabina is Professor of Music and Chair of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts at St. Bonaventure University in upstate New York. As a saxophonist, he has performed with Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Williams, Della Reese, and others. He has received grants and awards from the Canada Council, the International Association of Jazz Educators, and ASCAP. Sabina has also been named a “Jazz Composer of the Year” by the Performing Rights Organization of Canada.
