Dick Lieb

Dick formerly played bass trombone and arranged for the Kai Winding Septet, Radio City Music Hall Orchestra, and the New York Tonight Show Band under the direction of Skitch Henderson and Doc Severinsen.

His other arranging and composing credits include ABC documentaries and daytime dramas, Sesame Street specials, the Broadway show “Dream,” Skitch Henderson’s New York Pops, and Doc Severinsen with the Phoenix, Buffalo, Milwaukee and Minnesota orchestras. Other writing projects include work with the West Palm Beach Pops, Mandy Patinkin recordings, Lincoln Center’s American Song Book, Urbie Green, Buddy Rich, Rosemary Clooney, and Bucky and John Pizzarelli.
