Description

With an auxiliary percussion part and flugelhorn doubles in three of four trumpet parts, this bright jazz samba features plenty of full-band writing in a convincing Latin style and solo space for tenor, trumpet and guitar. Recorded by the Sammy Nestico Orchestra on the CD “Night Flight,” maintaining forward momentum throughout is key.
